What I offer
Admissions Advising and School Choice
I provide support with all aspects and stages of the process for preschool through high school age students. This process includes: generating a list, correspondence with prospective schools, completion of applications, follow up on admissions events, interview preparation for both students and parents and ongoing support during the process.
Social, Emotional and Academic Support
I provide guidance for school related issues. Did your child’s school mention a weakness? I am here to help decode this language and come up with a game plan for how to tackle your child’s weaknesses or next steps that need to be taken to increase your child’s success in the classroom. I also help provide support for social, emotional and behavioral issues as it pertains to the school environment.
Post Admissions Services
Once a child gets accepted into their school of choice, it is critical to set them up for success. I advise parents on how to effectively communicate with school as well as help the child hit the ground running academically and emotionally in terms of executive functioning strategies, study habits and navigating a different academic environment.
